Adore Home Care’s objective is to supply a high standard of individualised care to every service user within their own home. It is our aim at Adore Home Care to ensure that all service users are provided with beneficial and approachable service from our staff. Our direct focus is to guarantee care with respect and delicacy to meet everyone’s specific person-centred approach.
Each service user’s needs and values are respected no matter what religion, culture, race, ethnicity or sexuality.
Clients of all genders are welcome and an extensive range of needs including elaborate needs and formidable behaviours are encountered. We work closely with the individuals and their family along with emergency services, local authorities, NHS, speech and language therapists, GP’s and other health professionals as required.
To assist in the provision of a high standard of care the agency has the following system in place.
- A comprehensive range of manuals to assist in the delivery of care.
- Opportunities for staff to develop through training and further study.
- Regular quality assessments throughout all aspects of the business from care providers to facilities.
- Regular service user/relative meetings.
- Customer satisfaction surveys to invite comments on the level of service provided by Adore Home Care.
