Care will be planned with regards to current research and guidelines. The service user and family will be encouraged to be actively involved in the planning of care.
Staff at Adore Home Care will make themselves available to discuss matters with service users or their chosen representative. Input from relatives will be encouraged and valued.
Above all Adore Home Care will strive to offer a high standard of care to the service user within their own surroundings in comfort, safety and security. We will offer support and help to maximise their personal potential, in particular; physical, intellectual, emotional and social capacity.

Confidential information will always be treated as such. If any information needs to be shared with any external professional, this will fully be discussed prior to doing so and treated confidentially under the Data Protection Act and GDPR guidelines.
