Care will be planned with regards to current research and guidelines. The service user and family will be encouraged to be actively involved in the planning of care. Staff at Adore Home Care will make themselves available to discuss matters with service users or their chosen representative. Input from relatives will be encouraged and valued.

Adore Home Care is equipped to support a range of all different people. We have a training program which is completed by all new staff. This program includes health and safety, fire procedure, moving and handling, food hygiene and infection control. The program then becomes more specific dependent on the roll of each team member.
I am very happy with the care provided by Adore Home Care. I felt comfortable and well-supported and I asked for more regular care.

I just wanted to share my heartfelt appreciation for RA — she’s a beautiful soul with maturity beyond her years. Her calm and respectful manner always brings me comfort and joy, and I’d love for her to be on my rota more often.
Clients of all genders are welcome and an extensive range of needs including elaborate needs and formidable behaviours are encountered. We work closely with the individuals and their family along with emergency services, local authorities, NHS, speech and language therapists, GP’s and other health professionals as required.
